Encore Melt, Golf lesson and La Campagnola

So...time to give Melt a second chance....yes the choc cafe at Nicol way....lets put it this way.....i love the choc...but cappuccino...well they needed to exchange it....i even said lots of foam and little milk AND they still filled up the cup with milk....well second try....ok....but like i said the 70% black choc with pecan nuts, pistaccio, cranberries and mango....amazing....so today i decided to buy three truffels.....very hard choice cause there are so many that look nice....ended up with Walnut Bon Bon, Smooth Dark and Red Velvet (i wanted Carrot, but she dropped the last one....so had to go for Red Velvet)..... I have not tried them....so whenever i try....ill take a pic and ill give u and one liner update....hmmmmm....sound like a plan? I think so....anyway....i guess ill go back....but ill just buy that 70% fruit choc for take aways and have my coffee somewhere else.....like Tashas or Woolies....Hmmmmmm......better choice i think....ill keep you posted on truffels....lets see if they r worth to be bought again.....

So....again....im talking food and coffee...no, that is not the only thing i do...have been playing golf, trying the driving range and yes....today i went for a lesson.....i think it does help....he corrected two things....and said when i play the next time....i must concentrate on getting those two things right.....so...ill let you know whether it helped to change my grip and to "pArk the car in the garage".....hmmmm....

So...Just tried my first truffle.....Walnut Bon Bon....man so good....def gonna have it again....here is a pic what it looks like before biting into it....sorry didnt take a pic from inside....but trust me it is good......so...i guess i can buy some more next week....and maybe ill share them with some special people....hmmmmmm.....

So.....now im off to bed...will write some more blog tomorrow....will let you know whether my golf improved....although Dean did say that it might take me 2 to 3 times....hmmmmm....i must be patient...now whoever knows me....not a strength of mine at all....but you know what...i have acknowledged that patience is a weakness....so then i can work on it, right?

So...now i can talk about my golf game...wow....who would have thought that changing a grip can make such a difference....my game...hell of A lot more consistent....amazing...loved it...i have been hAving fun playing golf...but when u go to driving range and take a lesson...And c a differenece.....amazing...wow.....so loved the gAMe today.....

Dinner was at La Campagnola....have only gone once....for lunch....so tonight first time for dinner.....here is my outfit....Why pic of outfit....just becausd i cant only always show pics of food.....And outfit was approved....

So we got a nice table outside...quite like the whole vibe...check out the tables and chAirs....Quite romantic....

The menu...i was a little disappointed...food was good, it really was....but im def not convinced of the choices.....just thought there is some arrogance from owner like "absoloutely no 1/2 portion" why could it just not say....no 1/2 portions.....the best was the tiramisu....and Yes....the main reason for going there....there are nice couches where one can smoke a cigar....here are two pics....My starter...asparagus, fried proscuitto and some parmesan sauce and also the tiramisu....

Not so sure whether i would go back or not....like i said nice cigar area, nice setting...food...for me nothing special....okey dokey...now u have my 50 cents.....ill write again soon...cheers for today....
