So....we have been onboard almost 5 weeks now....and man, time just flew by. We have been loving it. Cozumel definitely has been our favourite port. As you know we went to Margaritaville quite a few times because the Margaritas are DEFINITELY the best. So this blog is dedicated to some memories from Cozumel which i have not shared yet....first up....a sign at Margaritaville next to the stage..... Margaritaville sign Next...well i have been telling you about Ceviche...i wrote about the octopus ceviche with avocado in Cozumel on Kim's birthday (last year), i wrote about the fish ceviche with crispy plantaition in Belize with myself...and again with Nonna and Mutti. I also wrote about the conch ceviche with yuka at Captain Jack's in Roatan......now....a new thing....we ate out in Cozumel at a place called Los Dorados de Villa. We ordered one Margarita and one beer....but somehow it was 2 for 1 cocktails ...so we reveived 2 Margaritas. They were ok...not too great, definitely CANN

Baybrook Mall, Houston

Image
As you might already know....Houston is our turn around port...meaning, guests start and end their ship vacation in Houston. So, we have had the chance to take the crew bus to the mall in Baybrook and explore some shops there...and wow...we did not only explore, we were in fact very successful at our shopping excursion. The mall has an Abercrombie which we all know is a firm favourite of mine, and yes, when there is a 40% sale on everything...even better. Kim (i have to give him credit), found another amazing shop, called Buckle....and oh my word....they have soooooo many jeans to chose from....and wow...exactly my style....bling on the pockets, tight....just so wow...the brand of the jeans is Rock Revival...and yes...i could have shoped for 5 pairs...but i stopped myself at 2....one pair on each trip to the mall. The first time we went there we had some Cheesecake at the Cheesecake factory....there is like 50 different flavours...from original to Oreo to Key Lime to white chocolate r

Dolphin encounter and snorkel

This week Nonna (my mom) and Mutti (my gran) were onboard with us (more about that in another blog), but what i wanted to say was that it gave Kim and me the opportunity to do a shorex in Roatan...one that I have been wanting to do....dolphin encounter and snorkel....meeting point was 11 on land...i say on land cause we were anchored and hence we had to take the tenderboat ashore. Mutti and mom were going to Jack's ceviche bar while we did our trip. So....we had a small mini van which transported us to the Anthony's key...about a 10min ride...not bad...from there we took a boat to Bailey's Key....literally 3min...we received clear instructions on how to board the small ship...one at a time...sit alternating sides otherwise boat will tilt...hmmm....sorry, i forgot to take a pic...wish i did not....cause i must say, it was quite an experience...now let me share the view upon arrival at Bailey's Key: Bailey's Key Upon arrival we were told to get into our swimming cos
